Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once an order has been placed, you have up to 24 hours to cancel or change the order before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Production Times

All garments are handmade to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made before it is dispatched. While we aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, production times may vary during busy periods. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and colours are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, and minor variations may occur between garments.

Shipping

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are included in the international delivery price. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Returns

All content on this website, including designs, photographs, logos, text and graphics, is the property of Victoria Sarmiento and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
