Returns & Refunds Policy

At Victoria Sarmiento, every garment is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because each garment is handmade to order, we ask that you read our returns policy before placing your order.

Sizing

Each garment is made according to the size selected at the time of ordering. As every item is handmade, slight variations in measurements or finish may occur and are part of the unique nature of handmade clothing.

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted because the wrong size was ordered, so we encourage customers to check the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Colour & Appearance

We make every effort to display our fabrics and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of our products.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or we have made an error, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Return Eligibility

If you'd like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to return it.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn (other than trying them on)

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with any original tags attached

Return Process

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@victoriasarmiento.com before returning anything. We will provide instructions for the next steps.

Items returned without prior contact may delay the processing of your claim. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item. All refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.
